Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma, or related sciences.
• At least 5 years in pharma/biotech with hands-on lab systems experience.
• Strong GMP, GAMP, SDLC knowledge and data principles.
• Familiarity with Empower, OpenLab CDS, or Chromeleon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define future state CDS solutions aligned with business value.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity during upgrades and validations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Oversee data lifecycle in line with FAIR principles.
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives.
