Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Digital Product Enablement Specialist to create, organize, and maintain demo materials, knowledge resources, training content, and other digital product assets used by Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams. You will help ensure resources are accurate, accessible, current, and easy to use.

You will also support product demonstrations and enablement sessions, build familiarity with the demo process, and gradually take on portions of demonstrations

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing or business support environment and ability to translate digital product information into user-friendly content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content, track updates, and maintain documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for explaining technical product information.

You will help make those resources accurate, accessible, current, and easy to use.You will also support product demonstrations and enablement sessions, build familiarity with the demo process, and gradually take on portions of demonstrations as your capability develops. The role is well suited to someone who combines strong organization and attention to detail with clear communication, curiosity, and a client-focused mindset.WHAT YOU WILL OWNCreate, organize, and maintain digital product enablement materials, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training resources, and related digital assets.Support product demonstrations and enablement sessions by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, learning from experienced presenters, and gradually presenting portions of demos for internal teams, prospects, and clients.Maintain content organization and version control in SharePoint or similar repositories, using clear naming and storage practices to help teams access current, accurate materials efficiently.Support request for proposal (RFP) and sales enablement content by drafting, updating, and organizing digital product responses and coordinating input from Digital Team stakeholders.Collect stakeholder feedback, identify recurring questions or content gaps, and recommend updates that improve the quality, usability, and consistency of digital product enablement resources.YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ROLE IF:You bring experience in a client-facing or business support environment and are comfortable turning digital product information into practical, user-friendly content.You have experience in client success, sales enablement, product enablement, customer support, operations enablement, or a related client-facing or business support function.You have created, organized, and maintained demo materials, training resources, knowledge base content, or other enablement materials.You bring strong organizational skills and can manage content, track updates, and maintain accurate documentation.You communicate clearly in writing and conversation, including when explaining technical or digital product information in a user-friendly way.You bring strong attention to detail and can support version control, content accuracy, and consistent formatting.You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and willing to learn or use SharePoint or similar content management tools.Preferred experience includes supporting product demonstrations, client presentations, RFP responses, or sales enablement processes; familiarity with digital product tools, client portals, workflow technology, or customer-facing digital platforms; coordinating input from multiple stakeholders to create or maintain reusable business content; and presentation skills or an interest in developing demo and client-facing presentation capability over time.YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL USHow you have created or maintained enablement, training, demo, or knowledge content so others could find and use accurate information more easily.About a time you organized digital content, improved version control, or reduced confusion around which materials were current.How you have supported a client presentation, product demonstration, RFP response, or other sales or client enablement activity.How you have coordinated input from multiple stakeholders and turned that input into clear, reusable business content.About feedback or recurring questions you identified and how you used them to improve content, usability, or a repeatable process.WHY ELEMENTElement Fleet Management is the world's largest publicly traded pure-play automotive fleet manager, serving organizations across North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
