This is an exciting opportunity to manage critical projects and programs within the product and development organization at Korn Ferry Digital. As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. You will lead teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget. This role provides the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization, drive process improvements, and refine PMO practices to help scale the organization globally.
