This is an exciting opportunity to manage critical projects and programs within the product and development organization at Korn Ferry Digital. As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. You will lead teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget. This role provides the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization, drive process improvements, and refine PMO practices to help scale the organization globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic, high-impact programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and geographies.
  • Align program and project objectives with the company’s strategic business targets and desired outcomes.
  • Define and implement governance structures for program execution, including risk and issue management.
  • Create and manage project plans, charters, and communication strategies; develop and apply project metrics to track progress.
  • Regularly update and communicate status to stakeholders, ensuring team accountability for meeting milestones while proactively addressing risks (e.g., scope creep, delays, resource constraints).
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings that balance consensus building with effective decision-making; document and communicate outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team discussions with a focus on dependency management, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
  • Drive improvements in internal cross-functional processes across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Support the adoption and implementation of industry-standard project management tools and templates.
  • Provide strong leadership in a matrixed environment to promote best practices for managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in program management within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Program management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Agile training or relevant experience (e.g., SAFe, CSM)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic information to executives and diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and aligning teams to industry-standard best practices.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools such as Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), PowerBi/Tableau, Product Board/Aha.

COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level programs, including product and service launches.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and implement process improvements effectively.

EDUCATION

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
