Sanofi seeks a Digital Product Consumer Experience Design Lead in Cambridge, MA to shape and deliver world-class user experiences across the digital product ecosystem. You will partner with Product, Strategy, and Engineering to design from discovery through delivery, leading human-centered design across teams.

You will drive design thinking, research, prototyping, and strategy, translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences while guiding multiple workstreams to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong track record of leading strategy and shipping products.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, research integration, and shipped products is required.
• Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.

Responsabilités

• Apply design thinking and research methods fluidly across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Drive a unified, coherent user experience across products and platforms, collaborating with leaders to align on direction.
• Lead all phases of product design work: synthesizing research insights, driving design ideation, prototyping and implementation.
• Conduct and lead discovery-level research including contextual inquiry and stakeholder interviews to identify unmet needs.
• Design for complexity: translate intricate workflows into intuitive experiences that reduce cognitive load.
