Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years in application support, business analysis or other related experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years in application support, business analysis or other related experience.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban.
• May require on call support rotation after hours and/or weekends.
• SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validates documented functionality against system performance to identify bug-remediation and enhancements for Agile teams.
• Performs complex analysis to identify core product issues and map out solutions.
• Creates and updates system documentation and monitors workflows.
• Gathers and interprets data to optimize product performance and align with business goals.
• Translates business requirements into features or user stories.
• Prepares functional, system and program requirements for digital value streams.
• Performs UAT for initiatives, bug remediation, enhancements and releases.
• Evaluates defects and prioritizes work based on impact and product management priorities.
• Supports product owner in day-to-day tasks, especially sprint management.
• Assists with demos, quarterly reviews and reports for the value stream.
• Acts as coach and mentor to less experienced associates.
