Job summary

A+E Global Media in New York, NY is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Product Management to shape digital experiences across A&E, HISTORY, and other sites. You will launch features, translate needs into requirements, and partner with Editorial, UX/UI, and Engineering.

You will oversee CMS workflows and publishing tools, collaborate with editors and developers, and help balance audience needs with business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Four+ years experience in product management or business analysis for digital products.
• Foundation in content management systems, HTML, CSS, and modern digital tech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Proven ownership to move initiatives forward independently and surface risks early.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with editorial, UX/UI, engineering and other stakeholders to translate needs into clear product and technical requirements.
• Define workflows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements for new capabilities.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing audience impact, goals, and tech considerations.
• Guide features through the product development lifecycle and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee CMS platforms and workflows to ensure reliable, scalable editorial experiences.
• Collaborate to evaluate solutions and ensure experiences meet user and business needs.
• Support privacy and consent-management initiatives across digital experiences.
