Job summary

Dollar Bank, Pittsburgh's oldest financial institution, is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to drive innovation and differentiation in our digital product offerings. This hybrid role focuses on bringing new ideas to life and enhancing the customer experience through in-office collaboration.

You will work with product owners, designers, and developers to translate concepts into actionable plans, develop user-centered designs, and validate ideas through prototyping and testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in digital product management, design, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to translate ideas into actionable product plans.

Dollar Bank, Pittsburgh's oldest financial institution, is hiring for a Digital Product Analyst. We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our "change the Bank" team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and differentiation within our digital product offerings, focusing on bringing new ideas to life and enhancing the customer experience. This is a hybrid position requiring in office hours.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Will accept professional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in digital product management, design, or related roles required, with a strong focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Principal Activities and Duties
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within digital product offerings.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to understand competitive landscape and inform product development decisions.
Ideation and Concept Development
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and concepts for digital products and features.
  • Assist in the development of product concepts, user stories, and feature specifications based on market research and customer insights.
User Experience Enhancement
  • Collaborate with designers and user experience experts to develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate product concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design concepts, iterating on designs based on user insights and feedback.
Product Development Support
  • Support product owners and development teams in the implementation of new digital products and features, providing input and feedback throughout the development process.
  • Assist in the coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on product development initiatives.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on digital product initiatives, solicit feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the development of communication strategies and materials for product launches and updates, ensuring clear and effective communication with users and stakeholders.
Documentation
  • Gather high-level requirements for digital product initiatives and write actionable agile-level epics and user stories for the product development teams.
  • Ensure that the epics and user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives and customer needs, facilitating efficient development and delivery of digital products.
Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations to leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows related to digital product management and development.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration within the Change the Bank organization.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital product management and user experience design.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to continuously improve performance and contribute to the success of the Change the Bank team.
