Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical aptitude to learn print software and digital cutting equipment.
• Precision math: fractions and decimals; mastery of a tape measure.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for color and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to a Schedule: track jobs and tasks and meet timelines.
• Print & Plotter Operations: set up/operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers; operate digital cutter/laser systems.
• Professional Finishing: mount, laminate, and trim digitally imaged products; operate laminator for over-laminating.
• Vinyl Application: weed excess vinyl and apply graphics to substrates per work orders.
• Quality Assurance: proofread signs and conduct pre-/post-production inspections for color and defects.
• Inventory & Shop Care: monitor stock levels and keep production area organized and safe.
• Installation Support: assist with on-site sign installations and learn vehicle graphics skills.
• Equipment Maintenance: perform routine maintenance on printers and cutting equipment.
• Professional Attitude: maintain respect, honesty, and teamwork.
