Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock on N Tryon Street seeks a Print Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to bridge digital creativity with hands-on fabrication, producing signs, vinyl graphics, banners and commercial print assets for local businesses. In this dual-focus role you’ll take concepts from proofing to production in a fast-paced center.

You will set up, design, print, cut, laminate, and finish projects while ensuring color accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; graphic design coursework or degree is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates welcome with strong basic design skills and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job training and develop production skills.

Responsibilities

• Digital design: create vector layouts, modify artwork, and prepare print-ready files.
• Wide-format printing: operate printers, plotters, and laminators per specs.
• Hands-on assembly: finish prints by weeding, laminating, and mounting.
• Quality assurance: inspect outputs for accuracy before client pickup.
• Customer interaction: assist clients with proofs and file uploads.
