Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Digital Print Process Specialist to optimize prepress, RIP workflows, color management and industrial inkjet systems for high-quality production.

You will troubleshoot print quality and color issues, manage ICC profiles and calibration, support PDF/X and RIP workflows, diagnose printhead and substrate challenges, and develop best practices while training teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital print/prepress environments.
• Strong color management and ICC profiling knowledge.
• Familiarity with G7, GRACoL, Fogra, ISO 12647 is a plus.
• Industrial inkjet experience is required.
• Able to troubleshoot complex print quality and color issues.

We're looking for a Digital Print Process Specialist who knows the science behind great print—from prepress and RIP workflows to color management and industrial inkjet technology.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot complex print quality and color issues
• Manage ICC profiles, calibration, and color standards
• Support prepress, PDF/X, and RIP workflows
• Diagnose printhead, ink, and substrate issues
• Develop best practices and train teams across multiple sites
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D

What We're Looking For:

• Digital print/prepress experience
• Strong color management and ICC profiling knowledge
• Knowledge of G7, GRACoL, Fogra, and/or ISO 12647
• Industrial inkjet experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Travel: Up to 75%
