Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Digital Print Process Specialist to optimize print quality from prepress through color management and industrial inkjet technology.

You will troubleshoot color and print issues, manage ICC profiles, support RIP workflows, and train teams across multiple sites, working with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D to push quality forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital print/prepress workflows and RIP systems.
• Proficiency with ICC profiling and color management standards.
• Familiarity with G7, GRACoL, Fogra, or ISO 12647 is a plus.
• Industrial inkjet experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

We're looking for a Digital Print Process Specialist who knows the science behind great print—from prepress and RIP workflows to color management and industrial inkjet technology.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot complex print quality and color issues
• Manage ICC profiles, calibration, and color standards
• Support prepress, PDF/X, and RIP workflows
• Diagnose printhead, ink, and substrate issues
• Develop best practices and train teams across multiple sites
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D

What We're Looking For:

• Digital print/prepress experience
• Strong color management and ICC profiling knowledge
• Knowledge of G7, GRACoL, Fogra, and/or ISO 12647
• Industrial inkjet experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel: Up to 75%
