Job summary

Moore, a data-driven constituent experience management (CXM) company, seeks a Digital Print Operator in Elkwood, VA to run high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers and ensure quality, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and willingness to work a 6:00 pm–6:00 am rotating shift with mandatory overtime during peak periods. Training is provided for related printing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital presses or direct mail is a plus; training provided.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and comprehend job orders and client specifications.
• Ability to apply written instructions for machine set-up and maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Excellent attention to detail, including color perception and recognition.
• Punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers at maximum speed.
• Accomplish production targets while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Configure, code, and initiate individual print job.
• Monitor quality of job output for color, position accuracy, and overall print quality.
• Mitigate waste of paper inventory.
• Perform all maintenance tasks and report service issues to the shift supervisor.
• Report problems promptly through appropriate channels.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• May require cross-training on other equipment within other departments as production needs require.
• Perform other duties as required
