Job summary

Semper is seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator for a Columbia, MD facility. The role requires hands-on operation of high-volume digital printing equipment, with familiarity across Ricoh, Xerox, and Konica Minolta presses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a digital print production environment, be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and pass a background check and drug test. Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a high-volume digital print production facility.
• Hands-on experience operating Ricoh, Xerox, and Konica Minolta equipment.
• Strong understanding of digital print production workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Certified operator experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
