Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, printing, or production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or schedule changes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing equipment according to established procedures.
• Produce orders based on priority dates and production schedules.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or concerns.
• Meet established productivity and throughput expectations.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
• Use manufacturing and queue management software as required.
• Perform operator-level preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Report equipment downtime and assist with repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
• Communicate production, safety, quality, and equipment concerns to the Lead or Manager.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Complete accurate shift-to-shift equipment handoffs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
