Job summary

FSSI East Inc. is seeking a Digital Print Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Orlando, Florida. This full-time role operates digital print machinery to produce high-volume, quality documentation and requires reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

You will handle various equipment including cutters, maintain accuracy, and communicate with supervisors and other teams. Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak cycles; schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years printer operation experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time-management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
• Must work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing equipment and machinery.
• Perform quality control on printed output.
• Efficiently run cutters and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate usage records of materials and output.
• Communicate issues to Supervisors and align with teams.
• Support SLA goals with the Mail Services team.
