Job summary

RRD, a leading provider of marketing and packaging services, is seeking a 2nd shift printer operator in Orlando. You will operate high-resolution inkjet equipment, program and prepare jobs, and monitor output quality to meet client specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, releasing jobs from queue, adjusting image position and color, and ordering consumables. Candidates should have advanced digital print knowledge and strong color theory skills.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to diagnose and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness.
• Strong understanding of color theory and ability to adjust to customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment.
• Program and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
• Setup, program and release jobs from print queue.
• Monitor image quality and color accuracy.
