Job summary

FSSI East in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Support on the 2nd shift to back our warehouse operations and ensure timely daily deliveries.

The role involves handling shipments, driving company vehicles for mail and material transport, forklift backup, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, a Florida Class E license, 1+ year driving experience, ability to handle 10+ hour days, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years driving experience without moving violations; company vehicle experience preferred.
• Class E Florida driver's license and personal auto insurance required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Mailing, Custom Insert, Digital Printing Services, and Quality Assurance operations.
• Move stock from warehouse to assigned location.
• Warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Travel to Post Office to deliver mail.
• Daily production/warehouse cleanup.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Copying and scanning of documentation.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Report unsafe facility or vehicle issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work 10+ hours per day on a recurring basis.
