Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Digital Press Operator II for a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift. The role involves operating Ricoh/HP digital presses, preparing files for laser etching, and performing laser/engraving tasks with strict adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of digital printing experience, proficiency on Ricoh/HP presses, and ability to troubleshoot issues while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced industrial setting on a production floor in Maryland.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital printing.
• Proficiency on Ricoh and/or HP presses.
• Advanced press operation training.
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate multiple digital presses (Ricoh/HP).
• Operate and maintain laser etching/engraving equipment per job specs.
• Prepare digital files for laser etching with proper formatting and alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot intermediate-level issues.
• Review and interpret production work orders and communicate with departments.
