Job summary

DocuMart Portland is seeking a hands-on Digital Print Operator to join our fast-paced digital print team. You will operate and troubleshoot digital presses (e.g., Ricoh, Konica Minolta, and similar equipment), maintain color accuracy, calibration, and overall print quality while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic commercial printing environment.

You will plan and prioritize jobs, monitor production schedules and job tickets from prepress through finishing, and collaborate with Prepress,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial digital printing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital presses, RIP software, color management, and finishing processes
• Ability to read job tickets, set up jobs, and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and basic prepress concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related experience strongly preferred
