Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Digital Print Systems Manager to own and optimize the digital print ecosystem at its Allen, TX facility, focusing on HP PrintOS, Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ.

You will serve as the primary SME for HP PrintOS, manage prepress workflows, support Power BI reporting, and partner with digital print operations to improve efficiency and data integrity. This role demands 2–5+ years in digital print with HP PrintOS experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in digital print operations.
• Strong HP PrintOS experience required.
• Familiarity with DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ preferred.
