Job summary

Carlson Labs in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up, operate and monitor digital printing presses and related equipment. Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM on-site with overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience with digital presses, proficient in basic computer tools such as Excel, and able to maintain quality and productivity while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience operating digital printing equipment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and finishing equipment; adjust color profiles, paper size, and resolution.
• Upload digital files and calibrate presses to meet job requirements and color accuracy.
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy and alignment; maintain cleanliness and safety.
