Job summary

Carlson Labs in Lincolnshire, IL, is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join our on-site team. You will set up and monitor digital printing presses, adjust color profiles, and ensure printed materials meet quality and schedule requirements.

The role is full-time, on-site with overtime as needed and a benefits package including medical, dental & life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, discretionary bonus, and an on-site fitness center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical training preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience operating digital printing equipment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and print quality.
• Ability to read print specs and job orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor digital presses and finishing equipment.
• Upload and calibrate files to meet color accuracy and specs.
• Inspect materials for color, sharpness, and alignment.
• Maintain production schedules and prioritize multiple jobs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and accurate job records.
• Communicate status with internal teams.
