Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring for a full-time Digital Roll-to-Roll Press Operator in Waukesha, WI. The role runs on 2nd shift (3 PM to 11 PM CST) and requires operating a digital roll-to-roll press to produce high-quality materials per customer specs and delivery targets.

You will setup, run, and troubleshoot the press, perform color matching, and relay diagnostic feedback to resolve production issues. Strong reading of job tickets and teamwork with prepress and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma. Previous experience in print industry preferred but willing to train.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate digital press equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and documentation.

As a key member of the digital department, this position will set up and operate our Digital roll-to-roll press.

Produce high quality product in the most efficient and cost-effective manner with attentiveness to customer specifications, delivery requirements, and production targets.
