Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary 18.00 - 25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

As a Digital Press Operator, you will operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality signs, decals, banners, and other printed products on a variety of paper and synthetic materials. You will ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards and completing required documentation.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience operating commercial digital press equipment
• Experience with Inca and/or EFI Vutek digital presses preferred
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties

• Operate digital press equipment in a productive and efficient manner
• Perform daily operator maintenance on printing equipment
• Load and unload printing media and materials
• Inspect printed products for quality and accuracy
• Complete production, material, and quality control documentation
• Move completed jobs to the next stage of production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the print department
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Digital Press Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout an entire shift
• Ability to handle and load various printing media safely
• Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining attention to detail
