Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional Accreditation in one Living Design area preferred: LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.
• Active involvement in AXP or ARE process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MOD leadership to align digital strategies with project goals.
• Develop project-specific implementation strategies with design teams.
• Act as ongoing project consultant to ensure success and QA across workflows.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and document exemplar processes.
• Lead continuing education workshops and mentor the DTL community.
• Engage in firm-wide planning for design technology innovation.
