Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a PLM Solution Architect to lead strategic PLM design and governance across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Product Management to deliver scalable digital solutions from concept through retirement. As the technical authority for PLM, you will define architecture, governance, data models and integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, and data warehouses, while guiding teams through transformation

Qualifications

• Typically, with more than 10 years of Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of product development processes and engineering change management.
• Experience working in manufacturing and product development environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and architect of the company's PLM ecosystem.
• Define and maintain PLM strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT to align PLM capabilities with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise PLM implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Design and maintain system architectures supporting product structure, bills of materials, document management, change management, and configuration management.
