Job summary

New York City Ballet is seeking a Manager, Digital Platforms to lead the day-to-day operations, QA and platform execution for nycballet.com and davidhkochtheater.com, including e-commerce and ticketing workflows. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Box Office and Customer Care to build seasons, manage vendors, and mentor a coordinator and interns.

You will own analytics, CMS governance, accessibility and SEO, and partner with Lincoln Center stakeholders to publish content and promote DHKT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience developing/managing content for websites.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, project management tools (Airtable, Trello, Freshdesk).
• Experience with e-commerce, ticketing, and PCI compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage content updates for two CMS-driven sites with integrated e-commerce.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Box Office and Customer Care on season builds and on-sales.
• Serve as liaison with Lincoln Center for content publishing and DHKT rentals.
• Own QA standards, testing documentation, and timely issue resolution.
• Lead external vendor projects for new features and platform upgrades.
• Document site requirements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee asset sourcing, SEO, and accessibility in page builds.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and optimize site performance monthly.
