Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all digital platforms to ensure seamless customer experience and high system availability.
• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage relationships with platform vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate platform releases, including enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
• Develop and execute testing plans for new releases, ensuring functionality and minimizing disruptions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage system updates and resolve compatibility issues.
• Defect management and issue resolution; track and prioritize defects with vendors and internal teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for platform-related issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Act as primary interface with third-party vendors, managing contracts and SLAs.
• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes to meet goals.
• Oversee platform testing processes: UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure testing protocols align with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with product managers, IT, compliance, and other teams to align with strategic goals.
• Communicate updates on platform performance and issue resolution to stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
