The candidate selected for this position would be required to work from an office location within the Park footprint. Please speak to the hiring manager for location options.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and establish rapport that encourages further engagement
• Own a customer relationship portfolio and serve as the single point of contact for the customer's banking needs
• Be responsive, providing timely replies to inquiries, actively listening, and following up as necessary
• Be proactive in building relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and solving issues proactively
• Understand customer financial goals and provide tailored consultative advice
• Perform retail banking functions such as payments, transfers, account maintenance, and loan applications
• Support digital banking by assisting with online and app-based solutions
• Connect customers to banking experts when needed
• Adhere to compliance and risk management policies
• Deliver high service levels within our standards

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required

2-4 years retail banking experience required

Additional Information

Must be able to work on a computer/view a screen for extended periods.

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This is a full-time hourly position requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours, typically 40 hours per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required. Flexible work arrangements are available, with some onsite hours expected.
