Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and establish rapport that encourages further engagement
• Own a customer relationship portfolio and serve as the single point of contact for the customer's banking needs
• Be responsive, providing timely replies to inquiries, actively listening, and following up as necessary
• Be proactive in building relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and offering solutions
• Understand customer financial goals and provide tailored advice
• Perform retail banking functions such as payments, transfers, account maintenance, and loan applications
• Support digital banking solutions and assist customers with online/mobile banking setup and usage
• Connect customers to banking experts when needed
• Adhere to compliance and risk management policies
• Deliver high-quality service within our standards

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years retail banking experience required.

Additional Information

Must be able to work on a computer/view a screen for extended periods.

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This is a full-time hourly position requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours, typically 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work may be required.
