As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Newark, DE at the University Plaza Branch.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty and identify appropriate PNC solutions.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences, lobby activities, and educating customers on managing transactions via technology.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems to enhance loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, participating in branch operations, and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
