Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and establish rapport that encourages further engagement
• Own a customer relationship portfolio and serve as the single point of contact for the customer's banking needs
• Be responsive, providing timely replies to inquiries, actively listening, and following up as necessary
• Be proactive in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and solving issues before they arise
• Understand customer financial goals and provide tailored advice to help achieve them
• Perform retail banking functions such as payments, transfers, account maintenance, and loan applications
• Support and promote digital banking solutions, assisting with setup and usage
• Connect customers to experienced banking experts when needed
• Adhere to compliance requirements and risk management policies
• Deliver high-quality service within our standards
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Certifications, and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years retail banking experience required.

Other Information

Ability to work on a computer/view a screen for extended periods.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, full-time (minimum 37.5 hours, generally 40). Evenings and weekends may be required. Alternative coverage options may be available at the manager's discretion.

A flexible work arrangement is available, with some scheduled onsite hours.
