Job description

Tiny Mighty Communications is looking for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to join our growing team in Brentwood/Nashville. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how paid media, paid search, website performance, content strategy, and analytics work alongside a robust earned media strategy to support business growth.

We’re a boutique communications agency, which means every team member plays an important role. The right person for this position is analytical, proactive, digitally fluent, client‑savvy, and comfortable moving between strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. You should be as comfortable managing campaigns and updating website content as you are interpreting performance data and presenting recommendations to clients.

About the Role:

This in‑person role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and knows how to connect the dots between channels. You’ll work closely with internal account, content, creative, and leadership teams to ensure digital efforts are coordinated, measurable, and aligned with each client’s goals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a trusted internal and client advisor on digital best practices, platform trends, audience behavior, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead paid search strategy and management, including campaign structure, keywords, bidding, budgets, targeting, testing, landing page recommendations, and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize both organic and paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms based on client goals, audiences, and budgets.
  • Build and interpret dashboards, reports, and client presentations that clearly communicate performance, insights, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on messaging, targeting, creative testing, content opportunities, budget allocation, email engagement, website improvements, and channel mix.
  • Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO insights to strengthen visibility across paid, organic, AI‑powered, and answer‑based discovery platforms.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad messaging, newsletter content, landing pages, lead‑generation assets, and conversion‑focused digital experiences.
  • Manage agency newsletter planning, creation, deployment, list management, performance tracking, and engagement recommendations.
  • Oversee the web development partnership and manage routine website updates, maintenance, SEO/AEO improvements, QA checks, and reporting.
  • Stay current on AI search behavior, paid media updates, email marketing best practices, website standards, analytics tools, and digital landscape shifts.
What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has experience in an agency, consultancy, marketing, or client‑service environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

You are likely a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple clients, brands, or business units.
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, GTM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, budget management, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience managing email campaigns or newsletters, including content coordination, list management, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Comfort making website updates in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, GEO, AEO, and how paid, organic, email, and website channels work together.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, explain performance shifts, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Experience building reports and presenting campaign, website, email, and digital performance insights to clients or senior stakeholders.
