Job summary

Think Traffic is seeking a Digital Media Manager to oversee paid digital campaigns for multiple clients, including search, social, and programmatic channels. You will launch ads, optimize performance, and drive maximum ROI across industries such as food & beverage, hospitality, gaming, retail, and technology.

You will monitor metrics, identify trends, and collaborate with marketing and web teams to align SEO/SEM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SEM and Social Media experience; programmatic campaigns preferred.
  • 1+ year agency or related industry experience.
  • Experience with paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with initiative; able to provide solutions without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred – experience with clients in food & beverage, hospitality, and gaming.
  • Preferred – client-facing experience.
  • Preferred – experience managing SEO strategies.
  • Preferred – experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Preferred – experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Preferred – experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns across various platforms to drive maximum ROI and achieve business objectives for multiple clients
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new opportunities and optimizations within channels
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Monitor daily performance metrics within key platforms to understand paid media strategy performance
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels based on approved budget & campaign KPIs
  • Lead all aspects of budget pacing across campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze core metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations on a monthly and quarterly basis based on optimization logs, auction dynamics, landscape nuances, etc.
  • Execute digital paid media campaign tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department and web development team to implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies
  • Coordinate with digital and traditional media teams and strategically plan media buys to ensure seamless integration into the holistic marketing plan
  • Share digital media trends & innovations with internal teams to advance media plans for clients

Job description

The Digital Media Manager oversees all paid digital functions including the planning and executing paid search, display and social media campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. This candidate will launch advertisements within digital platforms and optimize client campaigns to drive maximum ROI . This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor and improve client digital media performance on a regular basis. Clients include food & beverage, hospitality, gaming, retail, and technology.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of SEM, Social Media is a must and preferably experience running Programmatic campaigns
  • 1+ year of agency or related industry experience that provides an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, social, digital, agency finance, etc.
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Programmatic DSPs
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to provide solutions without supervision
  • Enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Organized, has attention to detail and able to multi-task
