Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Digital Payments metrics and operations professional to oversee performance metrics for Bill Payments and Transfers. You will design metrics, monitor risk indicators, and partner with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to drive improvements aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong analytics, root cause analysis, and clear communication with stakeholders across multiple teams; a 40-hour workweek and in-office collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in metrics, operations, analytics, risk, controls, product, process management, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and metric evaluation.
• Excellent attention to detail and intellectual curiosity; ability to investigate and break down complex problems.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis across complex processes and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive problem remediation from identification through resolution, mitigating risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to explain findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee Digital Payments operational metrics across Bill Payments and Transfers product(s).
• Design, enhance, and evaluate metrics and key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and drive improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to develop new metrics and monitoring capabilities.
• Lead issue identification, investigation, and resolution efforts when metrics indicate problems, coordinating corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to implement monitoring frameworks and ensure risk mitigation.
