Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist to join the Translational Medicine team to support Digital Pathology projects and operational execution. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage slide transfers, and ensure compliant, on-schedule workflows across scientific and operational teams.

The role is based in Rahway, NJ, onsite with hybrid work options 2-3 days/week and full-time schedule. A Life Sciences or related degree and 3+ years in relevant areas are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, or Data Management.
• Experience with digital pathology.
• Experience in clinical trials.
• Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to Digital Pathology operations.
• Manage whole-slide image transfer and tracking.
• Follow-up with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Track requests and maintain request management systems.
• Document processes and maintain compliance standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders across scientific and operational teams.
