Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist to join the Translational Medicine team in Rahway, NJ, focused on Digital Pathology, project management, and operational execution. You will coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure compliant, on-schedule workflows in a fast-paced clinical research setting.

Responsibilities include managing whole-slide image transfer, vendor follow-up, and maintaining documentation and communications across scientific and operational teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more: Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, and Data Management.
• Experience with digital pathology.
• Experience in clinical trials.
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to Digital Pathology operations.
• Manage whole-slide image transfer and tracking.
• Follow-up with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Track requests and maintain request management systems.
• Document processes and maintain compliance standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders across scientific and operational teams.
