Job summary

Parexel is seeking a scientist to join our Translational Medicine team to support Sponsors in project management and operational execution for Digital Pathology. You will coordinate cross-functional activities related to whole-slide image transfer, vendor follow-up, request tracking, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Working closely with scientific team members and vendors, you will ensure Digital Pathology workflows are organized, compliant, and executed on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in PM, clinical ops, biomarker ops, lab ops, imaging or data management.
  • Experience with digital pathology.
  • Experience in clinical trials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, PM, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage whole-slide image transfer and tracking.
  • Follow-up with vendors and manage vendor relationships.

About the Role

Work Environment

Location: Rahway, NJ (onsite)

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week onsite preferred.

Schedule: Full-time

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, and Data Management
  • Experience with digital pathology
  • Experience in clinical trials
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharma/biotech industry experience
  • Experience with informed consent in clinical trials
  • Technical proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Lists
  • Power BI
  • SharePoint and Teams
  • AWS/S3-based workflows
  • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
