Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking highly skilled Field Service Engineers to support advanced digital pathology systems in clinical settings. You will work with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment operates at peak performance, delivering reliable results and compliant service delivery.

This role requires hands-on maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of digital scanners and related hardware, with travel to Memphis, TN, and Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in engineering/biomedical preferred.
• 2–3 years field service or technical support in medical devices.
• Proficiency with PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on digital scanners and related hardware.
• Installations, configurations and site setups; configure networking and LIS integrations.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting; respond to service calls promptly.
• Document work orders, calibration records, and service reports; maintain CRM data.
• Travel up to 50% with potential overnight stays; maintain PPE and safety standards.
