WPP Media Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Client Investment – Digital Partnerships Lead to orchestrate innovative, high‑impact digital partnerships for marquee beauty and lifestyle brands.

You will manage day‑to‑day client communications, negotiate with vendors, and guide junior teammates through campaign execution, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy and tentpole initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive media agency experience in digital media investment, custom partnerships, or cross‑platform marketing.
• Deep expertise across digital video, OTT/CTV, social, podcasts, and custom digital integrations.

Responsabilités

• Turn client objectives into partnership concepts across digital, social, video, audio, and live events; serve as primary client contact for Partner Investment.
• Bring trend-forward ideas in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and pop culture to clients and own partner relations for assigned clients.
• Refine vendor proposals to align with brand identity and high standards before client presentations.
• Own End-to-End Campaign Investment & RFP Management.
• Oversee measurement, analytics & data quality; collaborate with analytics teams on post-campaign performance.
• Lead day-to-day client calls, present POVs in written form, and manage vendor discussions.
• Direct and mentor a junior team (1.5 associates), setting priorities and balancing workload.
