Kearney is seeking an Associate in Digital Operations, specializing in Supply Chain Design & Optimization, to join our D&A practice in the Americas. You will help global organizations reimagine networks using data science, optimization, and simulation across industries, contributing to high-impact engagements and measurable value.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 5–10 years in consulting or a Fortune 500 environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (source, plan, make, deliver).
• Hands-on data science, optimization, simulation, and visualization skills.
• Experience with large datasets and ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with clients.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% and obtain necessary security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end supply chain network design & optimization projects using tools like Optano, AIMMS, Gurobi, and Python.
• Serve on client engagements, manage workstreams, and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools for decision-making across deliver, plan, and make.
• Work with large datasets and enterprise systems to enable digital transformation in operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop client proposals and shape proprietary offerings.
• Drive innovation by developing new IP, reusable assets, and thought leadership in optimization and digital twins.
