Job summary

FOX Direct to Consumer is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist in Tempe, AZ to oversee end-to-end content services and incident response for FOX networks, Tubi, and digital platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality streaming experiences and develop playbooks using industry tools. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience with operations and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with orchestration and monitoring of cloud-native services.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented and flexible to support operational needs including off-hours.]
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Programming teams to execute business objectives for the FOX One streaming service, ensuring content is properly featured across the direct-to-consumer platform.
• Own the end-to-end operation of content services, applications, and events, including event monitoring and incident management.
• Create and maintain response playbooks using JIRA, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, DataMiner, Datadog, and in-house tools within the Fox Digital Video ecosystem.
• Support development and reporting of key operational metrics to identify and drive continuous improvements.
• Assist the SRO team in creating and maintaining documentation, including operational runbooks.
• Possess a general knowledge of digital streaming platforms and OTT landscape and how operations teams manage these environments.
• Demonstrate strong responsibility and organizational skills; be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be flexible to support operational needs across shifts and peak periods.
