The role collaborates with SRO/MCC teams to build procedures, monitoring patterns, and troubleshooting strategies, ideal for a self-starter focused on reliable, high-quality streaming experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with operations and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with orchestration and monitoring of cloud-native services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to support weekends, overnights, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operation of content services, applications, and events, including event monitoring and incident management.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Programming to ensure proper feature and implementation across direct-to-consumer platform.
• Create and maintain runbooks and response playbooks using tools like Jira, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Datadog.
• Develop and report key operational metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide documentation support with SRO and MCC teams.
