Responsibilities

• Lead a team across digital operations including infrastructure, end user support, and network.
• Design, develop, and support technology across distributed infrastructure systems; manage tactical Digital Technology plans.
• Oversee global IT assets including software licenses and hardware lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; manage Change Management and SLAs.
• Participate in budgeting and manage IT infrastructure projects and investments.
• Identify training needs and ensure staff have necessary development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture and drive sustained change.
