Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Sr Manager – Digital Operations to lead the site’s digital technology agenda, ensuring stable, secure operations that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes. You will coordinate digital initiatives, manage risk, and provide DT leadership to the site team, connecting site leadership with central DT and partners.

You will work with internal and external customers, manage project scope, and drive continuous improvement while building talent and managing succession

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Associate degree with 8+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Technology Operations.
• Military experience considered equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day to Day DT Operations for West Jefferson, NC location.
• Interact with customers and product managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on scope and requirements.
• Demonstrate growing project management capabilities.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards and functional requirements.
• Diagnose bugs and provide solutions during testing and production phases.
• Raise awareness of technology stack and its impact on the product.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain domain expertise.
• Influence customers and project managers through effective communication.
