Advantage Technical is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator in Dearborn, MI to manage a large technology asset inventory, coordinate deployments, and keep databases current for a fast-paced design environment.

You will support end users, troubleshoot hardware issues, generate leadership reports, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners while maintaining documentation and supporting procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, or database administration.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and workstation support.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage 2,500+ technology assets, including laptops, PCs, monitors, tablets, and related equipment
• Maintain accurate asset inventory databases and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate hardware deployments, returns, upgrades, and transportation logistics
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and provide user support
• Generate reports and maintain documentation for leadership and stakeholders
• Support procurement, ordering, and delivery of technology equipment
• Collaborate with IT teams, technicians, vendors, and business partners
• Assist with project planning, process improvements, and inventory control initiatives
• Support presentation spaces and coordinate maintenance activities
