Job summary

ELEVI Associates is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, maintain targeting databases, and identify intelligence gaps. You will work with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and share actionable insights.

The role requires a degree in a related field and extensive experience in network analysis, SIGINT concepts, and DNI/DNR tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics may be equivalent to an Associate degree.
• 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR 10 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR 12 years' applicable experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Apply pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions.
• Be part of a team with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
