Job summary

ELEVI Associates in Maryland seeks a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to perform advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate actionable insights and leads, maintain targeting databases, and tailor collection efforts. The role requires experience with SIGINT, AMOD, machine learning for focused discovery, and tradecraft for characterizing personas and networks.

Shift work is required with early/late arrivals to support pass-downs between teams, and ELEVI offers

Qualifications

Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Equivalent of an Associate degree via military training in networking or cyber topics.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
Maintain targeting databases and tailor collection to close intelligence gaps.
Identify indicators of compromise and track lateral movement of targets.
Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align intelligence needs.
Distill findings and share insights with teammates and stakeholders.
Shift work with arrivals between 0445–0500 (day) or 1645–1700 (night) for handoffs.
