Job summary

ELEVI Associates is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, maintain targeting databases, and identify intelligence gaps. The candidate will work with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications include a degree in related fields and a cleared status, with 4–12 years of applicable experience depending on degree;

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.
• Experience: 4–12 years depending on degree; fully cleared with FS; multiple degree-based experience thresholds are listed.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of customer collection techniques and US Federal law; SIGINT production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
• Be part of a team, working with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs and areas of expertise.
• Apply curiosity and analytical skills to form hypotheses, assess techniques, and pivot within data to attain insights.
• Distill, document, contextualize and share findings with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
