Job summary

Vida Shoes International, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager, Merchandising & Buying to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital stores—from line planning and buying to site merchandising and conversion optimization.

You will analyze data, forecast demand, build assortments, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability and a compelling online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of merchandising & buying experience in fashion.
• Experience driving sales through assortment planning and data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and retail math skills; Open to Buy familiarity.
• Knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for digital stores from line planning to site merchandising.
• Forecast demand, place buys, and manage inventory targets and budgets.
• Report on product, category, and promo performance to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with wholesale, planning, logistics, and UX teams to optimize conversion.
• Maintain product data accuracy and drive SEO and on-site merchandising.
